The problem is, no matter what I do to the tune, I never see knock retard. Select the measurement units (inches or centimeters).

GM Powertrain recently brought to my attention that pin 14 (grey ARP Pro Series Cylinder Head Stud Kit 2013-2017 Mustang ARP 6. It also calculates many important coil design parameters such resistance, inductance, wire length and more. I just checked their website and they have all of the parts there to convert an LT1 to the LSx pcm and ditch the opti. Convert Details: LTCC LT1 Coil per Cylinder Converter. The LT1 coil-on-plug converters with adjustable retard and intelligent rev limiter still use the optical module in the OptiSpark distributor, but without high-voltage passing through it.You don’t have to cut a hole in the floor, there is plenty of room, BUT you do have to cut about 4 or so inches out of the front part of the tranny crossmember mount NOT THE CROSSMEMBER! Buy Pertronix 808421 Flame-Thrower Red 8mm Spark Plug Wire for 8-Cylinder Camaro 5. If this is the same signal as is required for the Holley, then I should be able to use the Holley (which is the system I really want to use). This is our recommended PCM for the LT1/LT4 engine. The LT1 to LT4 conversion is extremely expensive with little gains in comparison to the modding of a Gen I engine where one could purchase the Holley systemax kit for only 1400 dollars and get the same power numbers as the LT4 conversion with 1100 dollars to spare. This is it, the final word in GM LT1 casting based performance. Can use newer coilpacks or coil per plug with proper wiring. The coil pack setups don't get rid of the opti. These PCM's have the ability to determine a cylinder misfire and will even tell you which cylinder midfired. Pickup Location Info 1993 to 1997 LT1 F-body T56 Same length as T5 and 700R4, so you can re-use your same 27 spline driveshaft, torque arm, and bushings Electric 17 pulse per driveshaft rotation VSS (Vehicle Speed Sensor) LT1 pull-style clutch, bellhousing, and slave cylinder is necessary 1998+ LS1 F-body T56 High Carbon Spun Wound Lock-Up Clutch Lining. Calculate the outer diameter, the weight, the length or the weight per mm width of the coil by completing the form below. The cam sensor housing replaces the optispark module. It is part of GM’s Gen V Small Block engine family and was first introduced in the C7 Inside the LTCC package, you have the LTCC module and the harness with eight leads, each with a Weatherpack connector and ground wire, a pigtail connector, and Bracket Assemblies. This is the time required to throw the hottest spark the coil is capable of. The aluminum heads have equally spaced tall, narrow ports which allows the injector spray to be aimed directly at the back of the intake valve.I'm pretty sure about the coil wire I should splice into on the lt1 harness (black & white on the grey side of the coil plug) but I don't no which wire on the cluster or less Vehicle Speed Input The ECM is programmed and looking for a 40 pulses per revolution typical for automatic transmissions. The kit including the LTCC and the harness is $399. That's definitely not the way I'd recommend tuning AFR.5 This calculator only considers discs, cylinders and rings that are magnetized along the cylindrical axis. Someday i'll get a real dyno tune with wideband o2's once my engine is modified enough to make the cost worth it.Based on the trends I've seen people claim about O2 sensor mV, 890 is on the low/lean side.not to mention the fact that you could actually lean out your AFR beyond 13.5:1 without seeing any knock retard. I know the o2's only give a simple rich/lean signal while driving, but once you hit WOT (or close to it), the o2's stop giving an oscillating voltage and give me very consistant #'s for a basline tune.

I assumed the stock o2's would read close to the same for LS1's. You are probably right though.stock o2 voltages probably vary by car and for a true tune a wide band is a must. This is a decent baseline o2 voltage that tells me my car is running close to where it should be. With it there I monitor my o2's and they usually range between 880 to 890 mV pretty consistantly. However, the way I did it was to lean back WOT with my MAF translator until I saw a little but of knock retard on my scanmaster, and then I dialed it back 2%. I know the stock o2's arent a good way to tune.
